I love summer. Michelle x
I picked up some previous copies of Lucky Peach when I was in Momofuku in New York. It is a refreshingly, fun, new take on food writting. It imagery is not what we had become used to, there are no glossy, styled photographs, just detailed illustrations. I have always loved David Eggers as a writter, publisher and social entrepreneur. This collaboration with David Chag seems to be his first flirtation with food publishing and as I said it is refeshingly new.

This TED speach was one of the first times I heard Eggers speak and I was hooked.

This is a brilliant new project being spearheaded by my very vibrant and energetic neighbour Kaethe Burt-O'Dea. It ws set up as a reaction to the introduction of GM crops into Ireland. I am eagerly awating mine to grow.
